We are conveniently located on Commerce BLVD right next to the super WalMart. We serve adults of all ages and children, and are convenient to Alpharetta, Milton, and all of North West Fulton County and South Forsyth County.Our location features free parking in our open lot and is handicap accessible. We are pleased to offer appointments before or after school and work! We serve children and adults of all ages, and it is not uncommon for parents and children to come in for appointments at the same time.
Financial & Payment Options
Traditional insurance is welcome and accepted at our practice. As a courtesy, we will gladly file all insurance claims on your behalf. We are in-network with most PPO insurance providers, and we gladly accept cash, Visa or MasterCard for out of pocket expenses. Additionally, we offer patient financing through CareCredit®.
